The production of Pozzi Electa nylon yarns takes shape from the raw material of synthetic origin that we purchase only from the best European suppliers, guaranteeing the supply of polymer 6.6, with the best dyeing characteristics. We have also managed to obtain biodegradable polyamide fiber, which makes this synthetic fiber ever closer to natural ones. Within our production facilities in Val Seriana, we transform nylon staple fiber into yarns through our production process from carding to spinning. Nylon yarns are easy to maintain for both washing and drying, excellent to dye and difficult to crease. Lightweight, elastic and of excellent durability, nylon yarns are perfect for technical and sports clothing. For these industrial sectors, they allow the creation of high relevance fabrics, with excellent breathability and resistance, giving a natural feeling of comfort on the skin during use. The production of Pozzi Electa nylon yarns is also intended for casual clothing, where nylon guarantees durability and particular dyeing effects. Finally, for upholstery, yarns containing nylon represent an excellent solution for durability, resistance to abrasion (high Martindale), dimensional stability and ease of cleaning. Based on the various requests, we make nylon yarns both with 100% staple and in blends with other natural, synthetic, and artificial fibers.
