Modal Micro

The production of Pozzi Electa Modal Micro yarns begins with the choice of the raw material. Micromodal is a fiber obtained from the cellulose of beech wood. The micromodal used in our production sites in Val Seriana comes entirely from Lenzing AG. We mainly use the "microfibre" version which allows us to reach extremely fine titrations for super light weights. We transform it into yarns that have many characteristics in common with viscose and cotton, starting with softness. Exceptional dyeability, silk-like sheen, moisture resistance and dimensional stability are the main characteristics of micromodal yarns. The production of micromodal yarns Pozzi Electa is at the service of the textile industry, in particular of underwear, outerwear and furnishings. In line with customers' requests, we make micromodal yarns both with pure fiber and in blends with other natural fibers, such as cotton, linen, wool and silk. In this way, we are able to guarantee you the best result in terms of fineness, length, dyeing, shine and performance.
